Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, so our sales team will do everything possible to ensure your order is done correctly. For one reason or another, you need to return or have your order redone. We have a few guidelines you should know about.

  • If there is an issue with your purchase, such as an order that isn't what is expected based on design, material, agreed-upon received date, or a defective item, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Email your sales rep and cc sales@craftclothing.phCraftClothingPH reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges if the order meets what was agreed on during order placement.
  • We kindly ask that all items requested for return/redo are unused or undamaged. Items are expected to be in the same condition as when you received them and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
  • Describe in detail what the issue is with the order based on what was agreed when you placed the order.  Provide pictures when necessary.

  • If the item is out of stock for a defective item, we would ask if you would like to have the item replaced with an alternate or have it refunded.

Cancellations
Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Should you change your mind after placing the order, we will be asking for a fee up to the amount of work the order has gone through or up to the full amount if production has started.
