Founded in 2018, Craft Clothing has grown into one of Metro Manila’s trusted custom apparel suppliers. We specialize in pattern-making, embroidery, sublimation, silkscreen printing, UV printing, and DTF printing—creating custom and personalized products for businesses, schools, and organizations.

Our team of 11–50 skilled professionals continuously improves—updating methods, refining processes, and staying flexible in a changing market. We keep communication open to answer questions, clarify details, and accommodate requests as best as possible.

We have our primary office at F’7 Building, 49 Scout Rallos St. and a showroom at Scout Gandia St., both in Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City.

Order Process

Q: How does your ordering process work?
A: Our process has three main steps: (1) Get a quote and design mock-up based on your idea, (2) Approve a sample or prototype, and (3) Proceed to mass production once the final sample is approved.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: Yes, minimum order quantity depends on the product and design; stock design options can go as low as around 12 pieces, while fully custom designs usually require at least 50 pieces, with less-than-minimum quantities subject to an additional fee.

Pricing and Payment

Q: What payment terms do you offer?
A: Standard terms usually require a 50% down payment to start production and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the finished goods.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can typically pay via bank deposit, cash at our office, company check, or credit card, and our team can confirm the most convenient option for your specific order.

Shipping and Lead Times

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes, we serve clients across the Philippines and can coordinate delivery to Metro Manila, nearby provinces, and other regions using trusted couriers or logistics partners.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: For orders of at least ₱50,000, we offer free shipping to clients within NCR and Calabarzon, subject to our current shipping policy.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, Craft Clothing offers a satisfaction guarantee that covers correct custom product, print, and delivery date; if those commitments are not met, we will redo your order or accept returns for a refund.
